Yes, every bike purchased from Billy Bilsland Cycles is fully built and safety-checked by our Cytech-qualified mechanics before being carefully repacked for shipping. You will only need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For premium builds or custom orders, we will provide a specific timeline via email once your order is processed.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like padded shorts or helmets cannot be returned if the tags have been removed.
Do you accept Cycle to Work schemes?
Absolutely. We support most major Cycle to Work providers, including Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, and Bike2Work. You can apply your voucher during the checkout process or in-store.

Do your bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
All new bikes sold come with a full manufacturer's warranty covering frame and fork defects. Component warranties are typically one to two years, depending on the brand.
